What You Smell
follow your nose... to good sleep
Let's face it, when it comes to a sense of smell, our ability to detect fragrances and odors pales in comparison to our furry friends. Their sense is smell is millions of times better than ours!
Despite this difference our sense of smell is powerful enough to help us fall asleep. There are many fragrances out there at our disposal. For example, our little doggie here is sniffing lavender, a flower known to help induce sleep.
In my personal search for drug-free sleep helpers I've uncovered several fragrances similar to helpful plant. I've also discovered ways to deliver these fragrances just at the right time--- before going to bed.
